As part of our quality assurance measures, every order is thoroughly inspected before shipping in order to maintain the premium standard requirements of our customers. We make sure to provide the highest hair quality from both our collections.

We only offer a exchange if the product or the item is faulty (quality, wrong item shipped..) you can return it to us within 48 hours and we will fix the issue as soon as we receive it.
We will not accept any returns or exchanges of any products if they are not in original condition. Wigs are a final sale and cannot be exchanged/returned.
If you order the wrong size we cannot offer a refund. We are happy to assist you before purchasing to ensure you order the correct size.
All shipping and handling costs will be at the customer’s expense therefore we suggest sending through a courier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost packages.
We must receive the merchandise before anything can be made.
If we agree to start a refund :
• Wig must be in original condition (no lace cut, no holes) *Custom wigs are excluded*
• If we receive the wig back with any problems and we can see you have worn it we will not refund you.
• If the wig is damaged in any way we cannot offer a refund.
• Must ship back within 2 working days of receiving the wig or hair, send us the tracking number when you do.
• If the order we receive back isn’t complete we won’t be able to refund you.

EXCHANGE
All our wigs are made on order only, basically the unit you get has specially been made to fit your head and style (even ready to ship can be customized to your needs). In this order, unfortunately, we do not accept any kind of exchange. Our wigs are all final sale.
